I'm Pat Layton
Pat Layton is a passionate speaker, author, Ordained Pastor, and AACC Certified Life Coach with over 35 years in full-time ministry. She is the founder of multiple life-impacting ministries including one of the nation’s first pregnancy resource centers and a global abortion recovery program with over 6,000 leaders. Pat’s inspiring testimony and bestselling resources have helped countless women find healing, purpose, and freedom.
Pat’s personal and family story of adoption led her to launch a birth mom-focused adoption agency called The Woven Basket. Today, she continues to lead women’s events, retreats, and courses and enjoys a thriving coaching ministry.
She has authored six books, including her bestselling abortion recovery Bible study Surrendering the Secret (published by Lifeway), and Life Unstuck: Finding Peace with Your Past, Purpose in Your Present, and Passion for Your Future, a fan favorite based on Psalm 139 and the foundation for much of her speaking and coaching.
Pat has been featured on numerous radio and TV programs including Focus on the Family, Life Today with James Robison, Janet Parshall, and Proverbs 31 Ministries. She and her husband Mike have been married for over 45 years and have 3 married children and 5 “G’s.” They enjoy traveling, serving in ministry together, and spending time at their sweet tea home with the “world famous” She Shed in the North Georgia Mountains.
